Held: A Women's Sound and Cacao Journey
Join us for an intimate women's circle combining the heart-opening medicine of cacao with the healing power of collective sound. After sharing ceremonial cacao and setting intentions, we'll move into a participatory sound bath - offering and receiving sacred vibrations in community. This is a space to release, restore, and remember what it feels like to be truly held.
