reiki healing
Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing that helps restore balance to the body, mind, and spirit. It works by channeling universal life energy through the hands, supporting your body’s natural ability to relax, release stress, and heal.
During a session, you remain fully clothed and simply rest as I lightly place my hands on or just above different areas of the body. Many people describe the experience as peaceful, grounding, and deeply restorative- it’s a reset for your whole system.
I also offer distance reiki where I can perform reiki healing from anywhere in the world for you. Reiki energy works just the same from afar - you just need a bit of planning and shared intention to make it happen. This is a great option if you live further way, are in need of more urgent healing, or are recovering from a procedure or ailment and aren’t able to travel.
Sound healing
Sound is a beautiful and effective healing modality. It works with your body on a cellular level to help it relax and heal. It can help your brain get into a relaxed, theta state and can release emotions that may be stuck in the body.
I use a variety of instruments that are tailored to the energy I’m working with and the needs of the client.
For group sound baths and healings, you can find the latest happenings on my events page and in my newsletters. A group session is a more affordable way to access sound healing and also provides the benefit of a shared community container to experience and process with.
For 1:1 work, we can do a sound session combined with a reiki healing or on its own. There is an option to add it to a reiki session in the booking portal.
ceremonial cacao
Ceremonial cacao is a pure, minimally-processed form of cacao — the sacred plant from which chocolate comes. Unlike everyday chocolate, it’s a plant medicine that is used for its heart-opening, gentle, and energizing effects. In ceremony, cacao helps us connect more deeply with ourselves, our intentions, and the present moment, inviting reflection, release, and gratitude.
