In our busy lives, we rarely give ourselves permission to truly pause, to soften, to be held. This gathering is an invitation to do just that - to come together in sacred community and create a container where we can release, restore, and remember our innate wholeness.
We'll begin our journey together with ceremonial-grade cacao, known as the "medicine of the heart." As we commune with this plant medicine, we'll set intentions and open ourselves to whatever wants to emerge. Cacao gently supports us in softening the protective walls around our hearts, allowing us to access deeper levels of feeling, intuition, and connection.
Following our cacao ceremony, we'll transition into a collaborative sound bath experience. This isn't a traditional sound bath where you simply receive - instead, we'll share in the sacred act of both offering and receiving healing vibrations. Some of us will play instruments, or hum and sing while others rest in the center, and then we'll rotate. There's something really beautiful about being held by other women in this way, and it’s equally powerful to offer that healing and safety to the other women around you.
No musical experience or cacao experience is necessary - only a willingness to be present, to trust your voice, and to participate in this collective healing. We will be in my studio space and the group will purposely be kept small to offer a container where you feel held throughout.

Come as you are and feel free to bring anything that makes you the most cozy and comfortable- that can be blankets, a pillow to sit on, and your own instruments to play if you have any to offer. I will have instruments on hand to share with the group.
Pricing through the link below is $50 but this event will be a sliding scale cost of $45-$55- so you can pay via venmo @LBHEALING (put 3/18 event in the description) at any price within that sliding scale that feels right for you and I will register you manually in the system.
