Transcend Fest is a yoga, music, and wellness gathering at Powder Ridge Mountain, CT. Join me for a unique experience featuring a live soundscape as well as personalized hands-on Reiki from two Reiki Master Healers (Shea Mitlehner of Outdoor Joy Wellness and Cynthia Rumery of Deep Earth Magick). Immerse yourself in the vibrations of a variety of soothing instruments designed to calm your nervous system and heal at a cellular level. I’ll be using singing bowls, my voice, drums, rattles, chimes and more to take you on a purposeful journey of relaxation and reflection. There will be a guided meditation and soundscape while Shea and Cynthia provide hands-on healing to everyone while they journey through the sound experience.
