December asks us to slow down, look inward and get honest about what we want to carry into the new year.

Join me and Michelle DeVellis for an intimate evening to explore your soul’s calling, connect with your deepest desires and build the inner capacity to move toward them.

Michelle will bring her gift for soul purpose and manifestation coaching and I will bring the ceremonial cacao, nervous system tools and healing sounds. Together we will weave both into one evening where purpose and healing meet.

How the evening unfolds:

We open with a ceremonial cacao circle, setting intentions and opening the heart.

Michelle then guides you through soul purpose and manifestation exploration, with journaling prompts to uncover your passions, gifts and callings, and space to speak your dreams out loud in a supportive circle.

I will then lead a nervous system practice on why fear, uncertainty and old stories can keep us small, and how regulation builds the capacity to take meaningful steps toward our dreams. You’ll leave with simple tools to use at home.

We close with a full sound bath to integrate everything that moved through you, followed by a closing circle where you name one small, aligned action to take this week.

No experience necessary. Come exactly as you are. Journals and pens will be provided. Bring a blanket or pillow if you’d like to be extra cozy for the sound bath.
