Some evenings are made for slowing all the way down.
Join me and George Gogas of Serene Strength Mind & Body for a cozy, restorative evening designed to help you exhale — deeply, fully, and completely.
In a world that glorifies doing and achieving, this is your permission slip to simply be.
How the evening will unfold:
We begin with a slow, gentle yoga flow led by George — a licensed mental health therapist and yoga instructor whose approach to movement is as much about the mind as it is the body. George's work is rooted in the belief that real healing means becoming present — releasing the thought patterns, labels, and cycles that keep us stuck — and that yoga is one of the most powerful pathways there. Expect a flow that is accessible to all levels, deeply nourishing, and infused with the kind of presence that makes you feel genuinely held.
From there we move into a live sound bath — I will guide you into deeper relaxation using singing bowls and other healing instruments, allowing the vibrations to wash over your body and nervous system and integrate everything that moved through during the flow.
We close with a small ceremonial cacao circle — warming, heart opening, and the perfect way to seal an evening of intentional rest together.
