A free community introduction to ceremonial cacao at the Meriden Public Libary.

Are you curious about ceremonial cacao? Just a chocolate lover that doesn’t know what cacao is? Looking for a way to reduce inflammation and naturally lift your mood?

Come join me at the Meriden Public Library for a free evening event where you can learn more all of these things as well as the history and origins of ceremonial cacao. We will discuss all of the incredible health benefits that ceremonial cacao offers and talk about how to create ceremony for yourself and how to celebrate it with others.

Everyone will get to try some ceremonial cacao and we will finish the evening with a mini ceremony and short sound bath to integrate our experience together and with the plant medicine.
