Join me for a gathering centered around sharing cacao and being in community. I will serve ceremonial-grade cacao and you can experience the heart-opening properties of this plant medicine while connecting with like-minded souls in a safe, nurturing space. We will do a guided meditation and ground in together, have space for sharing and conversation, and have a theme/activity for each session.

Bring a mat or bolster to sit on and a journal/pen. I will have some extra mats and blankets if needed and will provide the cacao and any other supplies needed for everyone.

In past sessions, we have done artwork together, journaled and enjoyed a sound bath to close out.
