Flower Wreath Craft Event Durham, CT

This Summer Solstice Moon Wreath making class lets you honor the Earth with a beautiful piece of art that you create yourself!

The Summer Solstice marks the halfway point in the year. As the day with the most light, we celebrate the cycles of the Earth as we begin to reap the benefits of our efforts thus far. This is a time of illumination and celebration of what’s been achieved, and what is still left to accomplish.

Abundance is overflowing as we look at the blossoming of the planet. Life thrives and joy flows. The Strawberry Full Moon also represents the season of harvest, where we share in community and can slow down a bit before prepping for the next season.

Gather at The Sacred Cocoon at The Red Barn in Durham to create a Strawberry Full Moon Wreath in honor of the Solstice. All materials will be provided, however if there is something you would like to add from home, feel free to bring it.

Katie Cavenagh is running this event but I will be attending and offering a short cacao ceremony and a reiki-sound healing to celebrate our creations and anchor in our intentions from the day.
