bloom & become: A firelight circle retreat

What is the Firelight Women's Circle?

What Can I Expect From This Day Retreat?

(more details below)

‘The Sacred Women’s Firelight Circle’ is a gathering of women who seek connection, strength, and healing through earth-based practices and the honoring of natural cycles. We have been meeting as a group for over a year and are so excited to widen our circle and bring our gifts and interests to all of you for an intentional and nourishing day retreat.

❋ Intentional Structure

We will blend guided moments, individual and group exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience is both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Female Energy

Connection is a core part of the process. We hope you will learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Led by guides that are experienced in a wide range of modalities and have a deep intention to hold space for others and help you shine your light.

❋ Relaxation, Fun, and Education

Enjoy a mix of movement, breathwork, sound healing, intention setting, crafting, and so much more. Leave with knowledge, guidance and a feeling of replenishment.

  • Ceremonial cacao is a sacred, minimally-processed form of cacao — the raw ancestor of the chocolate we know today. Unlike everyday chocolate, ceremonial cacao is consumed for its medicinal and spiritual properties rather than for sweetness alone. When consumed mindfully, ceremonial cacao helps us access the heart space.

Ask your doctor if you have any heart related conditions or are on SSRIs for proper dosage.
